I have been wanting to try making a pizza from scratch (including the dough and the sauce) for a while now. Since the red peppers at the market were looking so good I decided to go with a grilled chicken and roasted red pepper with asiago cheese pizza. This is one of my favorite pizza topping combinations. The dough turned out pretty good. It was crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The pizza sauce was a bit plain... I will have to try playing around with it.
