Pho is a Vietnamese dish, and I recommend you try it at an authentic Vietnamese restaurant first! I love pho, but I am not Vietnamese, and when I went to school in the middle of nowhere, I had to find a way to make do without any pho restaurants. Here's what I made, and I think it's pretty good!
