A staple at luau everywhere! I grew up with little squares of this coconut pudding at every family party. It is delicious, dairy free and super easy! I've updated it a bit and instead of cut-able squares it's delightfully creamy equally at home as a simple nighttime treat or as a creamy filling for pies and cakes. Have fun with it and enjoy!
