I suggest preparing an unusually tasty and appetizing Italian appetizer - bruschetta with salted salmon, cream cheese and tomatoes. When lightly salted red fish, tender cream cheese and juicy tomatoes meet on a slice of crispy bread, a real culinary feast is born. This dish is the embodiment of the harmony of flavors, where each ingredient plays its own unique role. In just 15 minutes you can prepare a delicious and appetizing wine appetizer.
Ingredients
- Ciabatta or baguette - 4 slices.
- Lightly salted salmon - 150 g.
- Cream cheese - 100 g.
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g.
- Lemon - 0.5 pcs.
- Olive oil - 20 ml.
- Parsley - 3 sprigs.
- Microgreens - 20 g.
- Salt - 2 g.
- Ground black pepper - 2 g.
- Dried italian herbs - 2 g.
Cooking steps
Step 1:
Cut the ciabatta or baguette into 1 cm thick slices.
Step 2:
Place the bread slices on a preheated electric grill. Fry the bruschetta base until crispy and golden brown. You can dry the bread in a toaster or oven, or fry it in a grill pan without oil.
Step 3:
Cool the baguette slices to room temperature.
Step 4:
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut into small cubes, and place in a deep bowl. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, sprinkle with lemon juice, add salt and spices to taste.
Step 5:
Add finely chopped parsley for flavor. Mix the ingredients.
Step 6:
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the bread.
Step 7:
Put a mixture of fresh tomatoes and herbs on top.
Step 8:
Add thinly sliced lightly salted salmon to the bruschetta.
Step 9:
Decorate the appetizer with microgreens. I used young beetroot, carrot and radish leaves. Season the bruschetta with freshly ground black pepper. If desired, you can pour balsamic sauce over the appetizer.
Step 10:
Serve the bruschetta with lightly salted salmon, cream cheese and tomatoes immediately after cooking, while the bread is still crispy.
Step 11:
A delicious and beautiful appetizer that is perfect for a festive table or a buffet. Bon appetit!
