Hamburger Steak. This is the most amazing skillet meal ever. It is simple, quick and will fill you up with flavor. Start with 2 pounds of ground chuck and mix in horseradish, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and pepper. To make the gravy add onions and mushrooms.
