Kinilaw is a Filipino cuisine wherein the meat of raw fish or seafood is cooked using vinegar or any citrus fruit juice. This version of kinilaw uses the tanigue fish which is partially marinated in vinegar before adding the seasoned yogurt sauce. This is a refreshing take on the traditional kinilaw.
