Fried man tau with dulce de leche
Dulce de leche is condensed milk cooked until brown either by pressure cooking or baking. You can use it as your bread filling or simply have a spoonful and then straight to your mouth to satisfy your sweet tooth. However, dulce de leche is also great as filling for fried man tau.
