As soon as I saw this recipe for bite-size hugs and kisses cookies, I couldn't help but start planning a Valentine's day game of Tic Tac Toe! I am thinking I am going to use red licorice ropes to create the game board! Doesn't that sound like fun? Tic Tac Toe Cookies Supplies Needed
