Rocky road dip

recipe

School has been in session for a few weeks and I am finally getting used to my kids not being around as much. When I was little, I loved coming home after a long day at school to a special after school snack that my mom made. Now that I'm a mom, I try and make something fun after school to brighten up their day. If you need any new after school snack ideas, this Rocky Road Dip is going to be a hit with everyone. It is so simple to throw together on those busy days and tastes absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a quick and delicious snack or dessert, we highly recommend trying this Rocky Road Dip. what's in the dip? The best part about this dip, is how simple it is. All you need is Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla, milk, pecans, and JET-PUFFED mini marshmallows. And of course, some apples, bananas and graham crackers to dip. perfect for kids and little helpers: I love cooking with my kids, in our kitchen. It creates such fun memories, and I feel like they are learning about health and nutrition as we go. Of course not all our recipes are incredibly healthy, but it's fun to start teaching the importance of balance and loving your body and fueling it with food it actually needs. It is so easy to make that even the kids can help make it. They love mixing and adding in the ingredients. We talk about each one, and why we put it in. Mix the dip ingredients together adding the JET-PUFFED mini marshmallows and pecans at the end. Serve the dip with their favorite fruit, or crackers. Here are a few dipping options we recommend: strawberries raspberries blackberries blueberries bananas apples cinnamon bears graham crackers or Teddy Grahams pretzels marshmallows rice krispie treats vanilla wafers cookies (mini chocolate chip, Nutter Butters, peanut butter, Oreo's, wafer cookies, etc.). watch how to make another favorite chocolate dip recipe, here: Did you know we have a Youtube Channel?
