 Pad Thai is a Thai stir-fry dish made with tender rice noodles, cooked shrimp, crunchy, heat peanuts, scrambled egg and bean sprouts all combined along with a creamy candy and spicy sauce. It’s everybody’s favourite Thai dish! Thai is a favourite in our house and made weekly.
