another thing i love about fall ... the food. pumpkin/apple/pecan pie, pumpkin pancakes, squash, apple cider, kettle corn, sweet potatoes (i could go on...) these are MY comfort foods. yum. so i decided to kick off my fall baking (and since i love fall mine starts early ... september 1st!!) with one of my favorite pumpkin muffin recipes. it's my own adaptation of a recipe i found on allrecipes.com. you can find the original recipe here. here's what you'll need ... 4 eggs 2 cups white sugar 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup applesauce 3 cups all-purpose
