Veggie wedgie salad

As I mentioned earlier this week, my overall diet for the summer has been downright terrible. Because of this, I'm now convinced that diet really does affect a person's mood. A diet heavy on sweets, carbs, and a few beers here and there has left me feeling so tired and sluggish. This week when I went grocery shopping I filled my cart with fruits, veggies, yogurt, almonds, and lots of other healthy goodies! That means I've been eating lots of salads, oatmeal for breakfast, and snacking on fruits. I've also been drinking a lot more water. And you know what,
