As I've mentioned, one goal of mine this year is to be more intentional about the foods I'm eating. I've contemplated trying various diets: Whole30, Paleo, counting calories, etc., however none of these sound very appealing to me. I think that not being able to eat a piece of pizza, have a pancake on Sunday morning, or enjoy a cupcake occasionally would most certainly steal from my happiness. So, I've decided to lean in and create my own diet. My goal is to consistently eat more healthfully. On weekdays I want to limit my sugar consumption as much as possible,
