As I've told you before, Valentine's Day is not my favorite holiday. I'm sure that if I wasn't single, it really wouldn't be all that bad. Given my current situation, it's just another day. This year, however, Valentine's Day is going to be a special occasion because I'm planning a birthday lunch for my mom who is turning 60. I'm excited about the party, but at the moment I'm also a bit nervous. I talk a lot about stress-free entertaining, and I'm doing my best to keep things that way. Still, stressing out just seems to be in my nature.
