Welcome back to the Cinco de Mayo festivities here on IBC. If you're new to the party, you might want to start here. However, if you've been following along, here's today's second cocktail recipe: Jalapeño Paloma! Did you know that the Paloma, not the margarita, is Mexico's most beloved cocktail? Yep. I'm not kidding. While margaritas are more popular here in the US, the Paloma is king in Mexico. Because of this, I had to include a Paloma in IBC's Cinco De Mayo celebration.
