I love stinky cheese! Give me that funk, that sweet, that nasty, that gushi stuff! (Name that song.) Even though Jay-Z was not rapping about ol’ blue, I still feel his sentiments are appropriate. You’re my boy blue! Ok, that is enough with the pop culture refrences that my mom doesn’t understand. But for real, I have always been a fan of blue cheese ever since I was a small child. I guess I’m weird like that. My parents thought it was important for us to have a side salad with every meal. When we were old enough, we got to choose which dressing we wanted on our personal salads. My dad and I were the only two in the family that liked blue cheese dressing. Finding a nugget of blue in our Hidden Valley dressing was like finding buried treasure. Nowadays, I am proud to say, I do not own one bottle of store bought dressing. Why not?
