Cheesy tomato garlic bread

Once again it is confession time at sarcastic cooking. I made this bread with the full intentions of sharing and serving this to friends and family at a party this past weekend. I swear! In reality, what happened was that my brother, his girlfriend, Mike, and I went out over the weekend and got a little silly. The next day, we ate half of this bread for breakfast. Wait, it gets worse. Then we came home and ate the other half for a late night snack. So much for the great work that juice cleanse did for me! Dang it! Ingredients (Serves 8-10) For the Bread: 1 package dry yeast 1 cup warm water (100 to 110 degrees F) 1 teaspoon honey 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for flouring the board 1 ½ teaspoon fine sea salt, divided ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided For the Topping: 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted 4 Cloves Garlic, grated 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning ¼ Teaspoon Pepper ½ Teaspoon Salt 1 Tomato, thinly sliced 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella In a medium mixing bowl, stir together yeast, warm water, and honey.
