Are you guys annoyed by some people on Instagram or other various forms of social media throwing their “I’m still working out since New Years” and “Whole30 plus 40 days” lives in your face? It might be just me. For some people, I think “Ok, good for you.” Others got me swiping to the left real quick to skip their latest CrossFit workout—because that’s what I want to watch while eating my take out fast food lunch. I seriously started the year eating healthy. Then I got sick with the flu a few times and couldn’t eat anything. Best diet ever. I was doing ok up until about a week out from Valentine’s Day when all of a sudden the spirit of the holiday and all the chocolate and pink and red and sprinkled things got me! And are still getting me. Being a blogger and having to follow other food bloggers who are better at dessert making than you is a challenging part of this job. I think it might be time to reevaluate my social media following if the healthy people are killing me and the not healthy people are killing me too. Hard to please much? …
