I made this sandwich for charity! And not just any charity, but my favorite charity here in Los Angeles called Beyond Shelter. Their mission is to combat homelessness in Los Angeles–and if you’ve ever been to LA you know that it’s a very large problem. Beyond Shelter helps families with everything from housing and employment to kitchen supplies, childcare and clothing. They basically assist families with everything that goes into getting a second chance. Yay, for second chances, right? Since I’ve now convinced you that Beyond Shelter is the most awesome charity ever, this means you now must vote for my sandwich (even if you’re a vegan and don’t eat chicken) at Momversation. The poll is on the right handside of the page. If my sandwich wins Tyson Chicken will grant Beyond Shelter $5,000!!! That’s a lot of money. We can do this!! And to top it all off…you can watch a video with me talking about the sandwich. Awwwwkward. P.S. Watching myself on the internets will never make me NOT cringe.
