Any time I can cook a side dish right along with the main dish in my crock pot I consider it a win!  Only one crock to clean, not to mention a complete dinner is ready when you walk in the door.  Who doesn't love that?  And seriously, who doesn't love mashed potatoes?  Your family will love you (even more than they already do)!  Mashed potatoes on a week night...oh yeah!!  These crock pot mashed potatoes are cheesy, rich, and delicious!
