So Valentine's Day is on a Friday this year. If you celebrate..what are you doing? Going out to fight the restaurant crowds? No way!!! Cook at home! But wait, who really wants to work all day and then come home and cook a meal fancy enough to impress your sweetheart? Come on...you know I've got a better solution that that for you! A fancy(ish) and certainly impressive Honey Rosemary Steak with Potatoes. In the crockpot. You know it! And seriously friends...this is SO SIMPLE. Yes, I'm yelling :) Because it couldn't get much easier than this. AND? It's so good!
