These BAILEYS® Coffee Creamers Macadamia Brittle Cupcakes might be the best cupcake I’ve ever had - and I do not say that lightly. They are full of the most wonderful, almost indescribable flavor. They are nutty, but not too nutty. And caramel-y, to take on the flavor of the brittle. It was love at first bite.
