Ingredients   1 cup sugar 1/2 cup baking cocoa 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 cups milk 2 tablespoons butter 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Directions In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and cornstarch. Add milk; stir until smooth. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer or until thickened.
