Best ever banana bread

This is an old family recipe and favorite at our house! Ingredients 2 well beaten eggs 1/2 c canola oil 3/4 c sugar 1 tsp salt 3-4 ripe bananas 1/2 c chopped nuts (optional) 2 c flour 1tsp soda 1tsp baking powder Directions Mix the first 4 ingredients, when well mixed add the remaining ingredients
