Confession time: I don’t like Cauliflower.  At. All.  But I love Mock Garlic Mashed Potatoes!  They are so creamy and delicious. This is my FAVORITE way (and pretty much my only way) to eat cauliflower.  I can seriously sit down and eat the whole thing it’s so yummy!!  And this is my least favorite veggie!!
