Mini Individual Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae (Pizzokie) A few weeks ago, a friend of mine asked me to make pizookies for a dear friend's 40th birthday luncheon. It's my favorite thing to make in this world so the answer was easy....yes! I truly think I could make chocolate chip cookie dough in my sleep. When I awoke that morning, I decided to experiment.
