If you are looking for easy cookie recipes, this little Italian cookie is it! The one thing I really like about this recipe, is that this cookie is not TOO sweet. Ingredients ½ cup butter, softened ¾ cup white sugar 4 eggs 1-teaspoon lemon juice 1-teaspoon lemon zest 1 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour 3 teaspoons baking powder Glaze: 3-¾ cups confectioners sugar ½ cup warm milk 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
