1 16-ounce box elbow macaroni 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 red onion, chopped 1 red pepper, diced 1½ cups mayonnaise 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 3 tablespoons Gherkins sweet pickle juice 1 tablespoon sugar 6-7 Sweet Gherkin pickles, chopped or 2 tbs sweet pickle relish ½ teaspoon celery salt (optional) 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 2 4-ounce cans baby shrimp
