2 Tbsp. soy sauce 2 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. ketchup ¼ cup dry sherry or brandy 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger 2 tsp. sesame oil 1 large garlic clove, minced ½ tsp. five spice powder 2 whole pork tenderloin, trimmed of any sinew and fat (about 840 grams)
