1½ cups mixed frozen peaches, pineapple, and mango juice of 1 whole lemon 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed 1 tablespoon coconut cream ¾ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (carton, not canned) ¼ to ½ cup water (depending on your preferred consistency) 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger 5 drops liquid stevia or 1 tablespoon pure honey (if preferred, for sweetness)
