Upside down banana cake

Ingredients 2 sticks unsalted butter at room temperature ½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar 2 bananas 1½ cups sugar 2 large eggs 2 cups flour 1 tbsp. baking powder ( sounds like a ridiculous amount but it is correct ) ½ tsp. kosher salt 1 cup milk ( I used 2% but you can use any kind )
