4 chicken wings spit with tips removed ⅓ cup of resistant wheat starch ¼ cup of carbolose flour(both the wheat starch and carbolose flour can be found at netrition.com.) 3 T. of yellow mustard 2 T. of hot sauce 1 tsp. of granulated garlic 1 tsp. of chicken seasoning 1 tsp of white pepper 1 tsp of salt 13 ounces of oil ( I used safflower and I highly recommend.)
