1 box chocolate fudge cake mix 1¼ cups water ½ cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 2 containers (15 oz each) whole-milk ricotta cheese ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 eggs 1 box (6-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix 1 cup milk 1½ cups whipped cream or frozen (thawed) whipped topping
