3 Italian turkey sausage links (4 oz each) 1 medium onion, chopped 6 garlic cloves 2 14 oz cans chicken broth 1¼ cups water 1 14 oz diced tomatoes 1 9 oz pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini 1 6 oz pkg baby spinach, coarsely chopped ¾ t dried basil, or 2¼ t fresh basil ¼ t pepper Dash crushed red pepper flakes Parmesan for garnish
