2 tbsp Camilina oil, (can also use organic ghee or olive oil) 1 medium Onion, diced into small pieces 1 Clove Garlic, minced into small pieces 2 inch Fresh Ginger, minced 2 stalks Celery stalks, chopped 2 medium sized Carrots, Chopped into small pieces 1 medium sized Sweet Potato, Cut into 1" cubes 1 tbsp Dried Seaweed 3 stalks Organic Chard or a Spinach Bunch, Chopped 1 can Organic Beans 6 cups Stock (bone broth, chicken, beef or vegetable stock) To taste Salt and Pepper ¼ tsp Celery Seed Pinch Savory or Marjoram 1 Bay Leaf 1 tsp spices Thyme, tarragon, bay leaf, turmeric, paprika , Choose your spices according to taste
