Filling: 1 pkg cream cheese ⅔ C powdered sugar 1 C pureed butternut squash (I use left overs) 2 eggs ¼ t salt Batter: 2 C sugar 1 C milk 1 C of berry filling or puree (strawberry, blueberry, cherry, etc..) ½ C vegetable oil 2 C flour 3 t baking soda ½ t salt
