Whole Wheat Tortillas β 8 tortillas (2 pieces for each pizza)** Canola Oil β very small amount to glaze both sides of the tortilla Old El Paso Refried Beans β 1 (16 oz.) can Water β ΒΌ cup Onion β 1 small (diced) Paprika β 1 tsp Black Pepper β ΒΌ tsp (or omit β you donβt really need it) Ortega Taco Seasoning β 1 tsp Scallions β 1 bunch (chopped) Jalapeno β Β½ a jalapeno (deseeded & finely chopped) Tomato β 1 (chopped) Salsa β enough to spread over the pizza Mexican Cheese Blend β enough to cover the pizza β¦you can use reduced fat cheese Sour Cream Reduced Fat β 1 dollop (optional) (**Can also use MultiGrain Flatout Bread-see instruction below)
