Ever since I made the chicken salad sandwich I had been wanting to try a curried version. I like curry in all forms and I like to try experimenting by adding curry to new dishes. Mango chutney is one of my new favorite condiments and I was thinking that a curried chicken and mango salad sandwich would be perfect. This sandwich was a pretty easy to make and it tasted great! It was nice and creamy with bursts of juicy sweet mango. The whole sandwich was enveloped in a warm aroma of curry and it was filled with curried goodness.
