Now that I had my apple chutney I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it but first I wanted to take a quick detour. I had recently made and really enjoyed a turkey salad sandwich where I included some apple and I thought that using apple chutney in a turkey, or in this case, a chicken salad sandwich would be even better.
