With maple dijon flavour combo already on my mind with the maple dijon roasted asparagus I was thinking about some grilled chicken using the same flavours. During the summer, one of my favourite quick, easy and tasty meals is to simply marinate some chicken breasts and then throw them on the grill. Add some sides like the asparagus and a salad and you have a nice, flavourful light meal.
