Fried green tomatoes with crab remoulade

Not too long ago I made some fried green tomatoes with shrimp remoulade that was exceptionally good and left me wanting for more. One gracious commenter paved the way by mentioning a crab version which sounded perfect, especially considering that I just happened to have some crab in my freezer. Unfortunately I did not have the time to make it before leaving town and I feared that the green tomatoes might be done by the time I got back.
