Popovers are at the top of my list... Buttery, air-y, egg-y and dense all at the same time. We love things like quiche, omelets, crepes, souffles & german pancakes. Popovers are like little individual german pancakes. To make popovers, you will need a popover pan. They make popover pans for 6 larger popovers, or for 12 smaller sized popovers. My mom has the pan that makes 6 big popovers, and I have the pan that makes 12 smaller popovers. The recipe is the same for either size, the ingredient list is so simple, you probably have everything in your kitchen
