We love this Asian inspired recipe for an easy weeknight meal. Oriental Beef and Carrot Hot Dish- This recipe is an old family favorite. You might be able to guess this by the title alone. 'Hot Dish' isn't exactly the kind of words you'd find in a recipe today (tee-hee), but if you go off taste alone, this recipe is a keeper!
