One ingredient ice cream...yep! You might be thinking: 'That's Bananas!' ...and it is...it's made with just bananas! A few years ago, we were on a dairy free gluten free diet, and it was so hard at first! Once we got the hang of things, I was so thankful to learn of dairy free options for ice cream (one of our favorite things!). Fast forward two years and I still love to make this dairy free ice cream. This one ingredient ice cream is made with just bananas!
