Three Cheese Candy Corn Quesadillas make a fun after school snack or dinner in the Fall and to get excited for Halloween! Quesadillas are our go to easy snack for the kids at our house. Add chicken (or eggs for breakfast), and you've got more than a snack...you've got a meal! With Halloween coming up, I thought it would be fun to make quesadillas that look like candy corn! I know it might look like a lot of cheese, and well I guess it is a lot of cheese...Three cheeses to be exact: Monterey Jack, Mild Cheddar and Medium Cheddar.
