Beet salad with broiled feta and sesame sunflower seeds
A spring salad to beat/beet all spring salads- pun intended. This beet salad features roasted beets tossed with a crispy sesame sunflower mixture, broiled feta, and your favorite balsamic vinegar. The salad is a bit of work but worth it!
