So I am still on the hunt for the greatest brownie recipe ever...I have a few that I like, but nothing that is 'oh my God, this is the best brownie I have ever tasted!', which is what I am going for. You know, the perfect balance of fudgy/chewy/chocolaty. The brownie that I have pictured here was really delicious. I slathered on a nice layer of peanut butter-buttercream icing, which was yummy.
