Well, it has been a little while since my last post...I was out of town for a week visiting friends and family in Texas! It was a great week, but back to reality!!! Hope everyone has a happy and safe St. Patty's day. Here are some cookies that I made at the last minute for my son to take in to his class for snack-time.
