These Churro Cheesecakes are perfect because they are Mini! I am major excited about today's post. Because one, there is cheesecake involved. And Philadelphia Cream Cheese, which is like, duh, the best. Annnnnd also Churros. I know I have said this here before, but cheesecake is my favorite food group.
