This Chocolate Hazelnut Skillet Cookie is major in every way, and easy enough to make as a last minute dessert! I was going to wait and post the recipe for this Skillet Cookie next week. But I couldn't wait. Could. Not. Wait. Because, well...it's a cookie baked in a skillet, topped with ice cream and loads of chocolate hazelnut spread. Sigh.
